Three years as a VA C&P examiner. I know what the rater needs to see on every line of the form, and I put it there.
For joint, back and neck DBQs I take your history and guide you through each movement on a live video call, then record the measurements on the form. No guessing at range of motion from paperwork.
If your records and your answers will not support the DBQ you want, I tell you before any form is completed, and you pay nothing.
After checkout, email your records and your written answers to my questions to dprotaziuk@veteranmedicalopinions.com. The inbox is HIPAA-secured. Tell me which condition the DBQ is for.
I email you to schedule it and tell you exactly what to have ready. On the call I take your history, then guide you through each movement for the joint or spine segment and record your range of motion, where pain starts, what happens after repeated movement, and how flare-ups affect you. If a live call does not work for you, you can send me recorded videos instead.
You receive the completed, signed DBQ with an Examiner's Addendum that explains the findings and the exam method in plain language for the rater. Changes are free until you file. If the VA denies, I read the decision letter free, and a rebuttal is $199.
Back and neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands and fingers, hips, knees, ankles and feet, and any other condition rated on range of motion.
Sleep apnea, headaches and migraines, GI conditions, hypertension, skin, sinusitis and rhinitis, and other conditions rated on history, test results and symptom frequency. If a video call would add nothing to your DBQ, I do not make you sit through one.
