HOW IT WORKS
Start with a Free Case Review or go directly to checkout. Upload records of any size — VA decisions, STRs, medical records, prior C&P exams.
I review every page of your records against VA evaluation standards. If your records don't support a favorable opinion, I'll tell you before any document is prepared.
Your provider-signed nexus letter is delivered — typically within 24 hours of receiving complete records. Free revisions if anything needs adjustment.

ABOUT THE PROVIDER
PHYSICAL OFFICE

Start with the Free Case Review — I’ll personally assess your records and recommend exactly what your claim needs. Quick guide: Nexus Letter ($499) for new claims or denials, DBQ ($249) for documenting severity, TDIU Opinion ($499) if conditions prevent employment, A&A ($499) if you need help with daily activities.
The first item in your cart is full price. Every additional item is 50% off its regular price.
Examples:
2 Nexus Letters = $499 + $249.50 = $748.50 (save $249.50)
1 Nexus + 1 DBQ = $499 + $124.50 = $623.50 (save $124.50)
1 Nexus + 1 TDIU + 1 DBQ = $499 + $249.50 + $124.50 = $873 (save $373.50)
The cart auto-applies at checkout.
Nexus Letter establishes the link between your condition and military service — required for service connection. DBQ documents the severity of a condition — used by VA raters to determine your disability percentage. Many veterans benefit from both, bundled at 50% off the second item.
Typical turnaround is 24 hours after I receive complete records. Complex multi-condition claims may take 48–72 hours. If you’re up against a VA deadline, mention it in your email — I prioritize time-sensitive cases.
No — under 38 C.F.R. § 3.159(a)(1), an NP’s medical opinion carries the same evidentiary weight as a physician’s. The VA cannot reject an opinion based on title — only on the quality of reasoning. (Nieves-Rodriguez v. Peake, 2008) The VA itself uses NPs for official C&P examinations.
If after reviewing your records I determine I cannot honestly write a favorable opinion, I’ll notify you before any document is prepared and refund your payment in full. You only pay for opinions that are actually written.
