Terms of Service

We provide independent, record-based medical opinion services for veterans pursuing VA disability claims, including:

• Independent Medical Opinions (Nexus Letters): Opinions on primary/secondary service connection, aggravation of conditions, and Toxic Exposure Risk Activity (TERA / PACT Act) — $99 per opinion.
• VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs): For non-range-of-motion conditions (e.g., mental health, headaches, sleep apnea, skin conditions, scars) — $99 per DBQ.
• TDIU Medical Opinions: Evaluation of functional/occupational impairment for Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability — $199 per opinion.
• Aid and Attendance (A&A) Forms: Assessment of need for regular aid and attendance or housebound status — $199 per form.

All services include record-based review (no additional charge). Services are billed separately; multiple quantities may be selected. Payment is one-time per service via Stripe.

Completed opinions and documentation are delivered electronically via secure email unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Important: These are informational/evidentiary documentation services only. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, in-person examinations, telemedicine, legal advice, VA claim representation, or filing assistance. No doctor-patient relationship is established. Opinions are independent, based solely on records provided, and prepared using VA-appropriate terminology where applicable.

Typical turnaround is 2–3 business days after complete records are received; delays may occur if records are incomplete, unclear, or require clarification from you.

Minor clerical corrections may be made at our discretion; substantive revisions, rewrites, or additional opinions are not included in the base fee.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Site/Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information (including records).
• Submit only records you are authorized to share (e.g., your own or with proper consent).
• Use Services only for lawful purposes related to your VA claim.
• Not misuse opinions (e.g., alter them, represent as official VA documents, or use fraudulently).
• Comply with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Services if records appear incomplete, unauthorized, or if we suspect misuse. We reserve the right to report suspected fraud or falsified records to appropriate authorities (including but not limited to the VA or law enforcement).

• All fees are in USD and non-refundable once records are received and accessed by our office (review is deemed to begin at that point).
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• You are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes.
• No automatic renewals or subscriptions—each service is one-time.

Payments are for professional time/review and are non-refundable except in cases of:

• Technical payment failure (full refund possible).
• Service not delivered due to our error (at our discretion).

No refunds for dissatisfaction with opinion content, VA claim outcomes, changes of mind, or incomplete records causing delays. Contact us promptly for issues.

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• No Guarantee of VA Approval: We make no representations or guarantees regarding VA claim approval, service connection, rating percentage, benefits amount, or any outcome. The VA makes all final determinations.
• Non-Affiliation: We are a private company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), any government agency, or VSO.
• Independent Opinions: Opinions are based solely on records reviewed and our professional judgment; they are evidentiary support only.
• No Medical Advice/Treatment: This is not healthcare; consult qualified providers for medical needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost benefits, claim denials, or emotional distress) arising from use of Services, even if advised of the possibility.
• You use Services at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of Services, inaccurate/incomplete records, or violation of these Terms.

We own all rights to opinions, documentation, and materials we create. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documentation solely for your personal VA claim or related appeals. Commercial use, resale, distribution, reproduction, or any other unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access/Services for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without notice or refund.

These Terms are governed by Illinois law (without regard to conflict principles). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Chicago, Illinois. You agree to waive jury trial if applicable.

We may update these Terms; changes post on the Site with revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
